Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will notify users of planned maintenance whenever possible.

05 · Legal

Limitation of Liability

Plant Experts AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
