Plant Experts AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our agricultural AI platform and services.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account
- A 7-day recovery period
- When you delete your account, it is closed and enters a 7-day recovery period. Logging in to the Plant Experts AI app with your registered mobile number during those 7 days recovers it, with all of its data. After 7 days it can no longer be recovered or used to log in.
- What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address, gender, profile photo, preferences and device registrations; your conversations with the assistant; crop-doctor photos and their results; voice notes and their transcripts; field photos; support messages; and items you saved or liked.
- Community posts and comments
- What you wrote stays visible to other farmers, but is shown as written by "Farmer". Your name, photo, location and attached photos are removed, and so are phone numbers, email addresses, links and your known names and places in the text.
- Farming history that may be kept
- Crops, varieties, seasons, sowing dates, soil test values and yields may be kept under an internal reference that no longer identifies you, to improve agricultural advice. Exact locations, field names and field boundaries are removed; location is kept only at around district level and areas are rounded.
- Security records and backups
- Records of account activity needed for security are kept with your name, mobile number, email address, IP address and device details removed. For everyone, IP addresses and device details in our request and security logs are deleted after 30 days. Copies in our backups are not changed at once; they disappear as backups expire, and if a backup is ever restored, the deletion is applied again before that data is used.
- What cannot be recalled
- Notifications already delivered to someone's phone, and data our service providers (such as SMS, notification and AI providers) have already processed under their own retention terms. If you sign up again later with the same number, a new, separate account is created.
