National Agriculture Market (e-NAM)

Pan-India electronic trading portal linking APMC mandis to create a unified national market for farm produce.

About this scheme

e-NAM was launched on 14 April 2016 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare with the Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium as the lead agency. It integrates existing APMC mandis onto a single online platform so farmers can access buyers beyond their local mandi. Features include online bidding, quality assaying at the mandi, e-payment directly to the farmer's account, warehouse-based trading through e-NWR, and inter-mandi and inter-state trade. Over 1,400 mandis across 20+ states and UTs are integrated.
